Upgrade Yourself!
Human Upgrade 90 Day Challenge emblem

Any day can be day 1!

Upgrade Yourself!

You do the work — our plan just helps you own it. The app keeps you accountable to you, not anyone else. Pursue your goals while others chase theirs, and stay fueled by the momentum you build together.

This is your Winter Arc — 90 days of discipline while everyone else hibernates. Track your training, fasting, language practice, and creative projects in one place — then share your wins so the people rising beside you feel the pull forward.

Your own plan

You are designing the new you. Based on your goals, you set your daily and weekly tasks.

  • ›Finally get serious about improving your health
  • ›Making that career move
  • ›Starting that venture
  • ›Starting that hobby
  • ›Learning more about…?

Jump start the journey of the change that you want.

“First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.”

— Epictetus

Check off the work

Now the important thing: keep the promise you made to yourself, and check off each completed task. Watch your completed tasks grow into evidence of your goal — proof the journey is coming true.

“You must build up your life action by action, and be content if each one achieves its goal.”

— Marcus Aurelius

Share wins

Completed tasks light up in a shared feed — extra motivation for you to stay true, and motivation for others. Your goals stay private, but the action behind them is acknowledged. We move together. Win together.

“Men exist for the sake of one another. Teach them, then, or bear with them.”

— Marcus Aurelius

About us

Meet the founder

Earl Mann is a Marine officer turned serial entrepreneur — 25 years of high-tech startups — and the author of Alpha Flow: Creating a Momentum Mindset and host of the Symbol Athletica podcast.

But his real credential is the streak. For decades, Earl has shown up daily as a living demonstration of a simple belief: don't tell people who you are. Prove it — every day, in public, until the evidence is undeniable. Proof over claims.

Earl did his first Winter Arc 25 years ago — long before it had a name. He built the HumanF5 90-Day Challenge as an invitation, not a program: pick your mission, do the work daily, and watch 90 days of kept promises turn you into someone new. Challenge isn't something he talks about. It's something he takes on — and now, so do you. Welcome to the tribe.

The Archimist Manifesto

Don’t just be — become.

Part alchemist: ordinary to extraordinary. Part Winter Arc: intentional seasonal change.

You were not built to drift. You were built to design. The Archimist is the human who refuses to accept the default version of themselves — who chooses to engineer a new identity, a new capability, and a new destiny through deliberate action, disciplined structure, and mythic self-belief.

You upgrade your tools. You upgrade your tech. You upgrade your world. Now you upgrade you.

The Archimist understands a simple truth: your life is governed by rules you never chose — inherited beliefs, unconscious meanings, emotional autopilots, and invisible boxes that shape your decisions. To become more, you must see the box, question the box, and redesign the box.

Transformation is not mystical. Transformation is engineered.

The Archimist uses five forces to rewrite their reality:

  • Systems to produce outcomes.
  • Cycles to sustain momentum.
  • Emotions as fuel.
  • Meaning as the source of emotion.
  • Philosophy as the autopilot of identity.

This is the architecture of self-upgrade.

The Archimist moves through life with the Quantum Life Method — breaking time into focused blocks, shifting deliberately, building rhythm, and creating momentum through structured intensity. They do not multitask. They do not drift. They execute.

The Archimist lives by challenge. A 90-day arc. A season of becoming. A ritual of discipline, sacrifice, and identity evolution.

They define where they come from. They declare where they are going. They confront where they stand now. They identify the emotional truth that drives them. And they choose what they are willing to give up to become who they must be.

Because becoming requires space. And space requires sacrifice.

The Archimist knows fear is both friend and foe. Perspective shapes reality. Change is nature’s engine. Focus is head + heart + identity. And momentum is the most powerful force a human can generate.

The Archimist is the hero of their own journey — not waiting for permission, not waiting for January, not waiting for the world to slow down. They finish their transformation while others are just beginning theirs.

This is the movement. This is the model. This is the myth. This is the upgrade.

You are not here to live by default.
You are here to become by design.
You are the Archimist.
